Cathryn was the best real estate agent Ive ever worked with, by far! She is extremely attentive and works tirelessly to make sure you get what youre looking for. Beyond that, she knows the market, knows how to negotiate, and knows the process of both buying and selling property through and through. I cant imagine having a better agent, ESPECIALLY if you live in Lakeview in Chicago! In addition to all of this, she will help you prepare and stage your unit, and will remind you of all the things you need to do, consistently and punctually. Use Cathryn and you wont be disappointed! I would recommend her to anybody!

Cathryn guided me through a long five month buying process of which three months was an intensive and frustrating closing on a foreclosed back-owned condo. While some realtors have a reputation for simply wanting to a deal and move on, that was definitely not my experience. Cathryn was invested and detail oriented. She spent hours of her own time at night and on weekends researching certain major issues that could have been deal breakers, doing the cost-benefit analysis and used that as leverage in very tough negotiations with a less than responsive bank. Through this entire process, she was super communicative and super understanding. Im writing this review five months after closing, and Im happy to say that Cathryn was an honest, trust-worthy, personably realtor who I would highly recommend!

We picked Cathryn because of her success record selling in the building and she did not disappoint! She went above and beyond, helping guide us through what updates to make and connecting us to all the necessary contacts in and outside the building. We had our property under contract in days! We highly recommend Cathryn, especially to people in the NYPR building.
