Luminita has an exceptional knowledge of the RE market in Chicago. She strategized to find me a portfolio of properties with positive cash flow, both 3-4 unit and commercial. She is able to find just the perfect match for her clients, no matter what type of property one is seeking, single family, multi unit, commercial - she knows it all! She takes into careful consideration financial aspects and long term performance for investment properties she finds. It makes it so much easier to purchase a property that's an asset and not a liability. I'm impressed with the way she handled my 1031 exchange and would highly recommend her to anyone. 10 stars, if I could do it!

Lumi is an extraordinary human being, and an incredibly skilled real estate broker. Lumi introduced me to real estate investing via one of her monthly (free) seminars. She helped me find and purchase a 3-flat that I lived-in and rented (house hacked) for several years, until she again helped me sell it. Lumi knows every inch of Chicago, and has an acute understanding of investing principles and the broader economic picture. Shes an excellent teacher for first-time buyers. To boot, shes a uniquely energetic and inspiring person (her name literally means little light). Lumi and her team at Century 21 SGR are the real deal.
