Thalia is god sent! As a first time home buyer I had little to no knowledge of owning a rental property. Before contacting Thalia I was feeling concerned of being pressured or lied by a realtor just to closed a deal. Thankfully, Thalia had the patience and honesty to make my experience amazing. It took me some time to find my forever home but never once felt pressured from Thalia. She was on time and always gave me suggestions or ideas. Now a year later I can still reach out to her for any questions I have regarding my rental property and she will quickly respond.

Working with Thalia has been a great experience overall, expectations were certainly exceeded! She is very knowledgeable and research savvy, which was extremely helpful in finding the right investment. The response time was amazing, very quick with obtaining appointments needed. She was also very flexible and worked with my schedule. I was never left without a doubt, any question wether real state related or lending related she was able to help me understand. Very much appreciative of her support outside of her real state duties. Provided great guidance where needed and even went above and beyond with advice.
