We had the pleasure of working with Cadey and her team on a recent new construction home in Lincoln Park. Cadey was constantly looking for innovative ways to market the property that certainly went above and beyond the status quo. She studies the market and has an up to the minute understanding of market conditions. Her use of social media and videos for marketing is top notch. Cadey and her team are consummate professionals when it comes to selling homes. We have worked with Cadey for a number of years, and she continues to exceed our expectations. Cadey understands the housing market (especially for Lincoln Park), how to buy/sell your home, and how to make things move. We were introduced to Cadey a few years ago and she helped get our condo rented. Her attention to detail at that time was what impressed us, and after following her recommendations, our condo was rented. We recently sold our condo in Lincoln Park, and it was Cadeys guidance and understanding of the market and what buyers were looking for, that got us a contract within a couple of weeks after being listed.
