U Chicago Bursar Office has always been very responsive to questions.

Putting my review here because they always ask me to fill out a survey following me contacting them for something but never actually resolve my issues. If you can, just go to the Bursar in person and sort out your concerns in 20 minutes. Its the best way to get things done because you can ask all your questions at once and get them answered immediately. Otherwise, you will engage in back-and-forth email chains in which you respond quickly but they responded 1.5 days later and never actually help you. Their email responses always include links to webpages youve already scoured with little additional information. They dont take students seriously either, so get your parents or guardian to contact them instead. Calling them is hot or miss because most of the time no one picks up the phone and theres no option to leave a message. Magically, 50% of the time when my parents call them they pick up but they have never picked up my calls.
