We came to Patricia because we know she has been working in Real Estate for over 10+ years, and we have been looking for a house since September of 2021. In February 2022, we contacted her and started the process with her. I could say it wasn't easy to find the house we wanted. After several offers were denied and four months of looking at several properties, we finally found our house and closed within 30 days. Patricia was accommodating and patient. I was buying my first home and had many different criteria and questions. My budget wasn't great so I was flexible with different scenarios, so I needed a Realtor that could be flexible with our search (Condo, multi unit, or SFH). Patricia was flexible, PATIENT, and super helpful. We had a few snags with the sellers existing tenants, but Patricia was helpful (she handles it!) and at closing everything was smooth. She went above and beyond, even in moments when I was losing it. Patricia has a wealth of knowledge, resources, and the girl has a rolodex of referrals and services. Definitely the Realtor you want in your corner.

Patricia helped my wife and I buy our very first home. She was very cordial and communicative during the whole process.
