Sarah is the best! We were first time home buyers and for obvious reasons we had a lot of doubts and questions but since the first appointment she was VERY patient and explained us EVERYTHING. During each visit to different houses, she helped us to watch out for important details and red flags of the properties. She always responded in minutes and she never missed an appointment. She was always in time. When we decided to make an offer she helped us right the way and had the offer done in less than an hour. She gave us the contact information for the lender, inspector, the insurance, lawyer and other services, and they also happened to be as great as Sarah. In other words she is the whole package! Sarah is an awesome up-and-coming agent. Watch out realtors, she's the real deal! Sarah was incredibly responsive throughout our process - where we saw probably 25 places in 7 days!!! She knows the process and coached us through it. And she helped us negotiate an INCREDIBLE deal on our house.
