I wanted to give a quick shoutout to working with Brian and his team. There are pros and cons to knowing exactly what you want when looking for a house/condothankfully I was able to work with Brian when securing my place. With inventory being tight he had to get creative and ended up finding a place that initially wasn't even listed for sale!! He reached out directly to potential sellers in the building/layout I was set on and then when he got a bite, negotiated a great deal. I couldnt be more happy with how things turned out and am now loving life in the West Loop. Thank you Brian and team for making it happen!

Brian and his team came highly recommended to my family and I in 2020 and have helped me purchase two homes (one being my first home purchase ever) and sell one home since then. Molly even helped out with short term apartment rental shopping in between moves and was so great to work with. The BP Group accommodated all of the requests my family and I had and I ended up with every item on my checklist all 3 times from both a buyer's and seller's perspective. Brian and his team were always responsive and kept me in the loop regarding next steps and what to expect throughout each process. The team's network and resources are top notch. They have the best recommendations for contractors, lawyers, city employees and more. When something needed to get done, they went above and beyond to handle any situation and took a lot of work off of my plate during a very busy time!
