My partner and I are so happy we were able to have Catherine help us buy our first home. She was referred to us by a friend, and they were completely correct when they said how great she is. Buying a home during a pandemic was difficult, but Catherine made the process as smooth and easy for us as she could. Since we are first time buyers, we really had no experience in what to do when buying a home. Catherine was able to tell us a lot about each property she showed us, from to the condition of the foundation, the interior, and if she thought the property was priced at the market value. She was spot on with everything she advised and that made us feel confident having her guiding us through this process. She was always so flexible with our schedule and helped us get showings very quickly, which is key when you are excited to see a place that you think you might want to buy quick! We ended up finding a perfect place for us and We couldnt be happier with how the process of buying our home went and also with the home itself, and Catherine was integral to it all!

This was our first time buying a home. We can't say enough about Berdan Real Estate. They, as a team, collectively work exceptionally well together, ensuring that our home buying process was a fantastic experience. Being our first purchase, we were hesitant at first to trust a realtor from everything we heard that you could do on your own. Berdan put our hesitancy to bed quickly, and our entire process couldn't have gotten off the ground if it wasn't for Leah Gronsman. We were undecided for a prolonged season and she never once made us feel bad for being on the fence. Once we knew we wanted to buy, she got to work researching areas in our price range and with the amenities we would enjoy. Her recommendations were on point! Catherine Nearpass was a phenomenal agent and we were very pleased with our experience with Berdan Real Estate. She gave us a lot of great pointers in the initial pre-listing phase, accommodated weekend and evening showings, and walked us through every phase of the sale with expertise and wisdom - even through the unconventional parts that threw us for a loop. Berdan Real Estate made selling my dad's house way easier. I initially started with a different real estate agency, but after a year, it wouldn't sell. Jack, Catherine and the team helped me do what was necessary to sell the house in 4 months. It was especially difficult since I was doing this out-of-state, but Berdan took care of me. If my primary agent, Catherine, wasn't available, I was always able to talk to someone on the team. Thanks for all you did!

BRE (Berdan Real Estate) was extremely fun to work with when we planned to purchase our first home. We worked with Zack and Catherine. They were fun, informative, responsive and patient. They removed all the jitters associated with buying our first home. At each showing Zack would bring coffee which was a nice personal touch. The entire staff were dedicated to ensuring we had a great experience from start to finish - Jack showed up with a nice gift at closing as well. Working with BRE was a great experience and I highly recommend them for all real estate needs.
