Will and Maria were wonderul to work with. They were very knowledgable about the current market environment and did an excellent job marketing our condo. They had great ideas and insights on small improvements we could make to better attract our target buyers. Will was even nice enough to install new light fixtures in our kitchen that Maria helped us pick out! They continue to keep in touch on a regular basis - providing us updates on comps in our new neighborhood - which has been a very nice perk.

Especially if you have a vintage home, they are experts in that space and truly understand and appreciate what goes into selling/buying vintage properties. Maria and Will remained accessible, encouraging and ultimately successful in helping us with one of the most stressful times of selling a home. We are so grateful to them and thankfully even stay in touch as we are still in the same neighborhood. Bonus: A family member moved into the area a few months after our house sold, and Will was SO kind to line up showings and found a great apartment and deal for them as well. Truly above and beyond!

Maria and Will are THE BEST! We were looking for a home in a crazy market and they found us our dream house that wasn't on the market yet. From start to finish they made our home buying experience stress free and FUN!

Although I have not had the occasion to work with Will and Maria on a real estate transaction I did play platform tennis with Will for 4 or 5 years. He is an honest intelligent guy and a hard worker. He's entrepreneurial and has good instincts. Both he and Maria are a pleasure to be around.
