I cannot say enough good things about Rachelle and how she has helped my fiance and I out in desperate times. We first met Rachelle ~2-3 years ago when we were desperately trying to find an apartment that was reasonably priced, accepted our 2 dogs, and met my higher-than-normal standards. She worked tirelessly to find that place (even coming with me to a showing on MOTHER'S DAY!!!); we've loved our current apartment, but knew that we'd be moving again. When Rachelle saw that we had been searching for another apartment, she did not hesitate to reach out to me and immediately began searching for our next home. She remembered the small details from years prior on the specifics that I was looking for and price ranges. When I told her I was going to a showing, she took the lead in communicating with the agent. We were able to find a place and Rachelle met with us, communicated with the agent, and advocated for us as renters. Not only is Rachelle going to find you your next home, but she gets to know you on a personal level which makes the process so much easier. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be seeking her advice when it comes to our next move or the buying process!

Rachelle was a complete joy to work with through this process because she was knowledgeable, professional, and effective. I have known her for 18+ years in a professional capacity when we were colleagues in another line of business. I was in the process of divorce and needed a trusted adviser to help ease this process along. She rose to the occasion and provided me and my ex-spouse the tools and resources needed to make an informed decision. Rachelle did deep analytical research to ensure that we would secure top dollar by the time we closed. She pulled comprehensive comparisons, engaged with internal Baird and Warner resources, and a full financial picture of how we could pursue this sale. Once my ex-spouse and I made the decision to sell she set forth a winning strategy that accounted for real estate seasonality, current market conditions, and the specifics of the property itself. Selling this property was not an easy task as we were selling a 3-unit rental property where tenants were involved. Rachelle served as a liaison between all parties by balancing the needs of the transaction with the comfort and respect needed for the current tenants of the property. The multi-unit space is a passion for Rachelle and the was evident in how she handled this transaction. At every step of the sale, her communication was excellent. Once we were in contract she handled the buyer's and agent's concerns professionally while delivering for us. I intend to work with Rachelle in the future and have already referred her to my other friends and family in Chicago and the Northern Suburbs.
