Teresa and the services she provided were beyond helpful. Teresa provided us with in depth walk throughs of places that fit our wants/needs and didnt stop until we found the perfect place. Her communication during the whole process was extremely helpful and transparent. I am currently living in the place she showed me today and couldnt be happier. I would give 6 stars if it let me! Laura is amazing to work with. She listened to my wants and needs, and used her vast expertise to find properties that aligned with those wants and needs. She was super responsive and organized with sending properties and scheduling tours. She has great relationships with property managers, which made touring very enjoyable. I brought my mom and aunt with me on the tours, and she was great about answering all of our (very many) questions. She's super knowledgeable not only about the properties, but also about all the neighborhoods in Chicago and has great recommendations for places to go. She's also super personable and just a joy to be around! She took the time to make sure I felt like I'd explored all my options before making my final decision. And once I did decide on my perfect new home, she was creative with negotiating some lease terms in my best interest. I can't recommend her enough!

We had exceptional experiences with Laura England three times. She has become our go-to for all real estate, expat, and relocation needs while in Chicago. From the moment we arrived in the country, Laura familiarized us with the city. She made us feel truly welcome and relieved a lot of stress. She is remarkably efficient. You can always hear her and her team typing emails and taking notes during calls and meetings. And, often, you'll find that email to a third party with you on the CC arriving mid conversation. In sealing the deal however, she values thoroughness over speed. She never shies away from asking tough questions. She asks to ensure everyone is fully informed. It's refreshing to not feel rushed by a realtor for a change. If I had a nickel for everytime Laura told me that we should only sign a lease for an apartment we absolutely love... Beyond her professionalism, Laura's warmth and personable nature set her apart. She shares personal stories and experiences, fostering a real connection.
