Rita Vera, RE/MAX Next

I give Rita and her assistant (Cashmear) one star because I had to request they stop processing my application. I was asked multiple questions that I already answered on the application and submitted the necessary documents on the application. In addition, it took them three days to text me/make contact with me once the application was submitted. This is my first time looking for apartments so I was unsure of what was considered red flags or not. With my parents help and their experience with apartment hunting, I was advised going through Rita and Cashmear was not a good idea. TOO MANY RED FLAGS!! Lack of communication, not timely, not professional, etc.

Rita and Nick were amazing in the home-buying process. She was diligent, resourceful and clearly experienced in the process. She advocated for us every step of the way and we are so happy to have worked with her. As a Mexican family, we were happy to work with someone who understands our culture and embraced our values to help us find the right one. We finally have our dream home. She will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much for all you did and continue to do! 10/10 would recommend.

Rita was referred to me from an associate. It was refreshing for to work with someone so knowledgeable of the market. I'm a landlord and I felt like she had (my) best interest at heart. She did an excellent job during the vetting process of applicants, had about 30 showings I'm 7 days and signed a lease on the 7th day. Ill definitely be working with her for all me rental needs.
