It was such a pleasure working with Jeff. My boyfriend and I were looking to buy before our lease ended, and he made it happen. We had a 2 month notice, a tight budget, and he did absolutely everything he could to send us recommendations EVERY DAY. Once we became interested on seeing a property, he took care of the rest. From seeing properties at 7am or 5pm, he made it happen. He made sure we were comfortable with places we were looking at and took note of what we were looking for in a home. He paid attention to pricing to ensure we made the best offer we could afford and most importantly, what the home REALLY is going for. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to price offers, home conditions, etc, so there arent any surprises when it comes to closing and the inspection. My boyfriend and I are a young couple and first time home buyers. He made this process so easy and smooth for us. Any questions or concerns we had, he was a text or call away. I was referred to Jeff and Main Street Real Estate Group by one of my friends who is also a real estate agent but handles Wisconsin. I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor to work with. The approach that Jeff had to seeing a bunch of houses quickly each day that we went out was extremely effective and helpful. This allowed us to see many different houses from fixer up type houses to move in ready as we were unsure which route we wanted to go. The house that we ended up selecting, he told us the morning that we first saw it that if we liked it, we had to put in our final offer by 5pm that day as they already had a few offers. He was very strategic by having us do an accelerated offer to beat out the highest bid. We never knew this was an option and we wouldn't have won the bid without that advice and suggestion. The time between the final offering through closing also went very smoothly. It was comforting to know that he was on a phone call or text away for any questions that we had. He was very responsive anytime we wanted to reach him. If you are looking for a very personable and professional real estate broker, I would highly recommend Jeff. His services went above and beyond what I was expecting and couldn't be more pleased with the services that he offered. I would highly recommend him to anyone else that I know that is looking for a realtor.
