        We know Mr. Vidal for seven years.We had a very positive experience with Mr Vidal. We had to sale our home of 18 years, and deal with the bank because it was a short sale. Mr. Vidal worked directly with the bank and with the lawyer of the sale to do all negotiations. Since I was not part of the short sale, Mr. Vidal was able to help us find a new home. He was very instrumental and knowledgeable of the market, areas, schools, etc. He displayed at all times impecable character, honesty, perseverance and integrity. We recommended him to our friends and they were very satisfied with his performance.
