My partner and I were very anxious going into the process of buying our first home this past summer, but working with Andrew was a really great experience. I obtained Andrew Coppens services to find a tenant for my apartment. I was well aware the rental market was not the greatest in the area I was renting at this time and was prepared for my unit to remain empty for a couple of months, due to the lack of demand and amount of rental units available.
