I reached out about a year ago to Kolby in regards to moving to this area and wanting to purchase a home. During that time he was keeping me updated with the ever changing market (prices, changes areas, schools and up and coming towns) Once I was in the area I reached out to him letting him know i was ready to start the process. Less than 24 hours after contacting him we were viewing our first home.. Every morning I was waking up to new homes on the market and scheduling tours. When we were in the homes he was very honest with his opinions towards the homes that we viewed, only having the best interests for myself and my family. Noticing things that excited home buyer may have over looked.. We saw 7-8 different homes until we found the one! I 100% recommend him. Hes extremely professional and is a genuine relator and looks nothing but the best for his clients.
