Miguel was amazing! I dont think I wouldve been able to find a place if it werent for his help. He was able to answer all the questions and concerns I had and made the process of finding an apartment very smooth. On top of sending ideal locations for me, he scheduled viewings, went to the locations, and FaceTimed me to walk through the apartments I was interested in. Highly recommend him to anyone! Miguel is spectacular - cannot rave about him enough. Three of my friends and I have all found amazing places because of him. My friend shared his contact and within minutes he gave me a call and had already given me suggestions to what I wanted and needed to see. In the midst of our home search, I wanted to switch some things and he quickly had new apartments to look at. Another way I appreciated him was that he would go see places on my behalf and send very detailed videos to show me a place even if I couldnt be there. When finding my place, Miguel was there ever step of the way and I honestly dont know if I would have found my apartment if it wasnt for him. Plus him checking after I moved in was a extra step he did to show his genuine hospitality spirit. Miguel was the perfect person in helping me find my place!

Miguel helped me find an apartment in Pilsen. He was so extremely helpful in assisting me in finding my first solo apartment during first year of law school when I did have capacity to search for one myself. He communicated with the owner of the building and ensured the lease process went as smoothly as possible. I have referred him to a few of my friends since. Such a great help!!!!
