Mary Aloisio Shanley sold my 3 flat in Chicago. I thought it would take about six months since the market was starting to slow.. From the time the listing went up, it took about 6 weeks to the closing, Mary was great - very efficient. The whole process required very little of our involvement. Since we were moving out of state, the time element was important.

I cannot say enough good things about this team. From beginning to end. From our first phone call to our closing. Professional. Communicative. Knowledgeable. Bob was great. It was like house hunting with a friend. Always available to answer a question or to set up a showing. Walked us through the entire process and made it enjoyable. We are actually bummed we werent going to be hanging with him anymore. Will definitely give him a call when were looking for a new home in the future. Highly recommended. Craig & Luci

Mary is the one I think of when it comes to real estate. Ive been working with her since 2016. We purchased our first and second homes with Mary in our corner. She knows her stuff and has never steered us in the wrong direction. She made each home buying experience easy and kept the lines of communication open from looking at listings all the way to the closing table. As I continue to explore other investment opportunities, Mary will always be my go to.

Mary is an exceptional agent. I am grateful that we sold our house in a challenging market. She was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. She always has a positive attitude and is very responsive.
