After my fianc and I got engaged we began thinking about buying our first place together. As first-time home buyers, we immediately reached out to Julian to guide us through this process. As long-time friends of Julian, we have seen his personal touch, reliability, and passion not only as a friend but also in his growth within the real estate community. We were advised on real estate trends and market dynamics within Chicago. Additionally, he was able to give insight about the neighborhoods throughout the city since I grew up in New Jersey and am still trying to learn the city. With little knowledge of the home buying process, I had a lot of questions and Julian took the time to explain in simpler terms allowing me to truly understand. Julian took time to understand what we were looking in our first home and guided us to a variety of properties to allow us to decide what aspects were most important to us. During our first walk through at the apartment we purchased Julian was able to assist with renovations ideas to best utilize the space for our needs while staying in budget. He also recommend a contractor, who not only responded the same day we reached out; but also came to the property the same day! I cant say enough amazing things about Julian and am proud to watch him thrive in this industry and everything else he does!
