We just closed on a condo that we purchased with the assistance of Mark and his team. Ive worked with a number of realtors over the years and I have to say that Mark is by far the best ever. We were from out of the country looking to find a condo in Chicago as a secondary home. Mark took us on a journey of exploring the different neighbourhoods that we were interested in and helped us make a good decision that took into account more than just the specific unit. He has been there for all stages of the purchase, from selection, negotiations, and the closing, and went beyond the call of duty. He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with!

We first met Mark Zipper at an open house during North Halstead Market Days. He took the time to have a great conversation about the Chicago condo market and what a great city Chicago is. I was impressed and kept his card. Six months later we decided to move from Fort Lauderdale and so we reached out to Mark. We discussed our price range, the neighborhoods we were interested in, and what we were looking to purchase. He set us up on Zenlist and we started looking at what was available. About a month later my husband flew to Chicago where Mark had set up 10 viewings over 3 days. A couple of the units we were interested in were already under contract so he made some suggestions and on the second day we actually found a great condo. Mark helped negotiate the price. He set us up with a great lawyer for the closing, which we had never used in our previous home purchases, and recommended a contractor who we are using to renovate the bathroom and install new floors before we move in. I could not be more satisfied or happier that we used Mark. It is obvious that he is extremely familiar with the Chicago market, but Mark wants to help in any way necessary to make sure that you are not just purchasing a property, but a home that you will love. I hope this review will help to chose your potential real estate agent. I'm working on real estate properties from 2006. Choosing right agent was always challenging. Experience was not always pleasant and business professional. Moste agencies looking to struck a deal and collect commission. I meet Mark in 2019. After short interview we sign a contract for listing and sale one of condominiums. Mark not wont to extend the contract over 6 months. He was confident to close in max 6 months. We received few offers in 1-2 months , I was advised to be patient. In second part of 2 month we got final offer and we closed in 3 month. Mine current deal with Mark was in February 2024 we closed on another condominium in 1st month. Experience with Mark and team was professional and strictly business. I will be working with Zip Group Chicago on future project. We got job done.
