This is my go to person! I reached out to Tracy as I looked for my first investment property and home. From day one, I received SO much education, I even became overwhelmed. Once she guided me to narrow down what I really want, how to be realistic about whats on the market, and what my journey would look like, my search became less frustrating. I appreciated her patience as well, because I was indeed a mess, and all over the place. I thought she was going to quit me a few times but she didn't . In the end, I found EXACTLY what I wanted and needed, which is almost unheard of. I got my 3 flat brick building in a good location on the Southside of Chicago, the space, and a realistic price point. She was on top of comps for me, she did not try to get me to settle for what she felt worked best for me, and I appreciated that the most! I still have her contact information, and I can send her an email, text, or even call just to ask her about the market relating to my property, and I will get some direction on what I need. I told her my situation and she hooked me up with the right loan officer for my needs. She made sure all of my paperwork for the offer was submitted on time. In addition to that, she helped me to negotiate a better price for the property following the appraisal.
