I had the pleasure of getting into contact with Sara via a friend of mine to arrange the accommodation for my time in Chicago this academic year. Having in the UK had some comical experiences with inept letting agencies, I was from the outset optimistic that the personality and face that Sara could bring to the table in her capacity of replacing these agencies would prove invaluable. I am pleased to report that her assistance not only met but exceeded my expectations. Even though I was based half a continent, an ocean and six hours' time difference away, Sara was always prompt in her responses to my queries and concerns. Furthermore, her provision of great detail (such as video tours) on every property she could find that was relevant to me - in addition to the thoughts and recommendations she shared with me in consideration of my circumstances - was absolutely outstanding. Despite having spent less than a month looking (again, from more than an ocean away) for accommodation, I did thanks to Sara land at O'Hare with a destination I can now call home. Due to the help that she has provided me, it is impossible for me to recommend her services highly enough.

Sara was the most wonderful agent I could have wished for. I was relocating internationally from the UK to Chicago, Hyde Park area, and Sara brokered me a flat (pardon, condo) that is unrivalled compared to its very decent rent. Downside: I have to get my hands on a lot of furniture now, it is still echoing in there when I clap my hands. Mrs Olson was always responsive and highly professional. She was available for viewings on short notice and gave professional consultation. She has not only given valuable advice on the flat itself but also on the area, filling the knowledge gaps I have being an international arrival. Since Chicago neighborhoods change quite starkly, new arrivals need a good pointer not to fall prey to the ruthless and rent what otherwise would remain empty. Thanks, Sara!
