As our realtor, Kaylin went above and beyond any possible expectation anyone could have. She is friendly, intelligent, and generous! She handled all the scheduling for viewings and even came to our neighborhood and picked us up/drop us off for every single one of our house related appointments. She has a deep understanding of the real estate market in Chicago and is a shrewd negotiator. She was truly a joy to work with. She was always just a phone call away. She answered all our questions and alleviated all our concerns (no matter how ridiculous the question or what time of day or night it was) over the course of this stressful life altering financial decision. Even after the sale, when her job was technically over, she went the extra mile and helped connect us with our flooring contractor. She even bought us lunch on multiple occasions just because she wanted us to be happy.
