John Klick is an excellent realtor! He took the time to get to know us and learned what our priorities are in a home. He recommended properties that we would never find on our own and that is how we found our dream home. He created a spreadsheet with links to videos of all the properties weve looked at, which made it easier for us to compare and decide. The videos helped us to recall what we liked about the top properties in our list as oftentimes you get overwhelmed when youre out looking. John negotiated well on our behalf to get the purchase price within our budget. He coordinated with our lawyers, lender and the other agent. He went the extra mile in reaching out to our lenders Regional VP to make sure we meet our closing deadline. Working with John, you can tell that he enjoys his job and that he is determined to help you find your perfect home. If you want someone who is very present and hands on throughout the whole process, up until you move in, then John Klick is the realtor to call. My husband and I appreciate all he has done for us and give him 10 stars instead of 5. We are very fortunate that he was assigned to be our realtor.

After closing on my first home last week, I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for John Klick's exceptional service throughout my home-buying journey. His expertise and dedication as my realtor made this process not only smooth, but also enjoyable. I got a place that I loved with 20 foot ceilings and tons of natural light, and John has been a true asset, even after closing. For example, he recommended a cleaning crew that was able to accommodate me on short notice. He also went out of his way to send a link for a special duster extender for me to pick up at Menards so that said high ceiling fans could be cleaned. John's patience was remarkable; he never pressured me into making hurried choices. John's negotiation skills were impressive, and he was able to make sure that I not only didn't overpay, but also had the sellers hold the home for me for over 2 months while getting my financing finalized! He's not just a remarkable realtor, but a trustworthy and caring professional who goes above and beyond for his clients.
