Libby handled both the sale of my current apartment and the purchase of my new one. She not only did a great job at all the usual marketing tasks, but she went above and beyond staging for the professional photos, and using her own camera to take videos for a potential out of state buyer. She was always available to show me apartments. She guided me through the necessary decisions and maintained a positive attitude throughout - even when I was ready to give up! The closings had to be back to back and she worked tirelessly with both sides to make sure that happened.
