If I was asked to describe my experience with Van in one word, I would I say SPECTACULAR! No other word to describe the experience. Van is extremely savvy in the greater Chicago area real estate market! She convinced us to make some minor changes to our master bathroom, so that we could set the price of our condo higher. I wasnt sure that we would get that price, but I listened to her. And thank goodness I did!!! She put our condo on private listing before the master bathroom was even done, and she got us SIX offers. Yes, I said six offers! Three of those offers were ABOVE the asking price! We accepted a cash offer that was well over the asking price after only 3 days of putting it on private listing! She helped us through the entire process from inspection to the walk through, and we closed in two weeks! Van is a real estate guru! Van is an amazing real estate agent - the best agent I have ever had and I am on my fifth home! She really understood what I needed, was extremely helpful and smart, and helped me negotiate on a condo in the gold coast for an amazing price.
