I was a first time home buyer who was looking for a 3 bedroom condo. I was not familiar with the home buying process and Kelsey was able to walk me through all of it and was amazing every step of the way. I have a very busy work and travel schedule and was travelling to the West Coast on a weekly basis. Her team helped me make sure I was on track and would send reminders to make sure I was doing what I needed to do :) I also highly recommend the team around her Dennis (Lawyer) and Sharbel (Lender). They are all so responsive, flexible and super nice people. Kelsey has so much patience, my text messages were random and short. At times I would ask to meet with her on weekends or late in the evening and she was always so flexible. In addition, Kelsey is super detail oriented, when I saw her blue tape list I was instantly reassured that Kelsey had my best interest in mind with the home I was purchasing. She even recommended multiple vendors for my new home when I didn't really know where to start or who to contact for blinds and other home projects. Kelsey truly made the experience of renting out our home stress free, easy and incredibly positive! She was both eager and prompt to book our listing photos, getting our listing active online and hit the ground running with booking multiple showings all within just 1 week.
