Not sure I could have go through this process without Laura. She is heaven sent and the best in this field. Each time my anxiety would kick in, she would take her time to genuinely explain to me and help me better understand. With that calm my anxiety. Grateful for her professionalism, amazing communication skills, knowledge of this field and most of all her patience and kindness. Highly recommend Laura for anyone out there thinking to purchase a home. She will deliver your dream space and easy your headaches.

If I could give her more stars I would. Laura was an amazing city guide in introducing me to the many neighbourhoods. A great listener, catering into my needs and wants. Great advisor throughout the entire buying process including dealing with a difficult counterparty. Not sure I would have been able to do this successfully without her, and the team that supports her to keep the homebuying process as smooth as possible. Would recommend her in a heartbeat

Lauras expertise & real estate knowledge is invaluable when selling or buying. I was so impressed with her dedication to helping me find my first place in Chicago, that when it came time to buy three years later, I knew exactly who to call. Once again, Laura understood exactly what I was looking for and her insight/experience was extremely helpful as a first time buyer. Lauras follow up/communication skills are unmatched. Somehow, she makes you feel like you are her only client, when you know very well that is not the case. Her ability to pivot and negotiating skills were crucial in keeping the deal together as we hit a few road bumps on the way to closing. Laura is definitely someone you want in your corner when selling/buying.

Laura made us feel safe and comfortable while looking for a new home in spite of the pandemic around us. She was professional, extremely helpful, understanding of our unique situation, and knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in. She also got back to us in a speedy fashion any time we had questions. Other family members are going to be needing a realtor to help them look for a new home over the next months and are planning to ask for her assistance in helping them find their dream home. Laura is a genuinely delightful person to work with - she gets full credit for finding my first home and I truly couldn't be happier! She patiently held my hand throughout the entire (and often overwhelming) process, patiently explaining everything in a clear and concise manner. I felt like I could trust her suggestions and the experienced team she surrounds herself with. As a first time buyer, I wasn't aware of how much it mattered to have somebody representing me who reflected my values.. but in my case, it's literally what sealed the deal. It was Laura's upstanding character and professionalism that encouraged the seller to accept my offer, as they felt she would be a good person to work with. And they were right! Laura was organized and on-task not only all the way through closing, but has also made herself available to me afterwards. I feel as though I could reach out to her a year from now with any questions and rely on her for advice. I'd be happy to work with Laura again for any future home purchases, and would confidently recommend her to any of my friends or family.
