Beata has been our realtor since 2004 when we bought our first house. We just hired her again to help us buy a new townhouse in the South Loop and sell our house in Norwood Park. She is so amazing to work with - very attentive, detail-oriented, friendly, and knows her stuff. She knows all of the ins and outs of real estate in Chicago and was able to help us find contractors to work on our house to get it ready to sell. Plus she knows how to guide us through getting stuff done in a gentle way that helps us check things off the list quickly! If we ever move again, we will be hiring Beata again. I cant recommend her enough.

Professional, friendly and easy to work with. Beata also speaks Polish which was convenient for us. Her responses to all of our questions and concerns were always very prompt and helpful. She recently helped us close on a wonderful condo property. We highly recommend her services and would gladly do business with Beata again!

I came to Beata for another home purchase. She is the best. Genuine, trust worthy, reliable, responsive in a timely fashion, goes all out for her clients, very knowledgeable of the real estate home market, has great recommendations, knows good home contractors, and great real estate lawyers. If you need a realtor, look no further, she is the best.
