I can't rave enough about Paul! Hebwas able to show me the condo I was interested in the next day. He was also very accommodating to my schedule. I would highly recommend Paul Younan and Gold Coast. I tried selling my home for a year and had no luck. I met Paul and he sold my home in less than two months. He was always there to answer questions and he made a whole process easy. We were on a time crunch to find a new home and Paul took so much of his time to show us so many different homes in a short period of time and we found the perfect one. Two words that describe Paul: conscientious and sedulous. When I first decided to sell my home I was very nervous because I was leaving the state and wanted my home to be in the right hands. Paul ensured me that he would always keep me in the loop and make sure I was apart of everything. He kept it professional and was very motivated to sell the house. I really cannot thank him enough!
