I had no issues working with Andrew! Definitely more communicative than realtors and leasing agents Ive interacted with in the past. He even saved my spice collection after I forgot it in a cabinet when I moved out!

We decided to move to Florida from Lombard, Illinois in order to live in a warmer climate. In order to perform this plan we had to sell our house in Illinois. We were refereed to Be Reality by a friend who used them in the past. We setup an appointment and met with Andrew Wendt to show the house and setup a strategy. We signed an agreement and the house was shown the following week. The showing of the house resulted in two offers. We accepted the first offer and closed after a few considerations. Thank you Be Reality for making this process flow. They also assisted in finding us a realtor in Florida.
