I can't speak highly enough of our experience with DeMarcus Hunter. I was relatively new to the city of Chicago which meant that I had little knowledge about renting in the city. I met a couple of realtors before DeMarcus, but new instantly that DeMarcus was a realtor that actually cared about his clients. He is honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and very responsive! He really helped to take the pressure off the renting process! I couldn't decide if I wanted to buy or rent so DeMarcus took the time to entertain both options with me. After many conversations, I ended up deciding that renting was the best option for me at the time. Through this process, I never once felt rushed or forced to make a decision. All thanks to DeMarcus I now live in a beautiful apartment in Logan Square that checks all of my boxes. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of this process!
