Ken is awesome realtor, we have been working with him for over many years and we did quite a few exchanged with him on sell/buy/rental and he always get us the big deals in the markets. Such rental, he helped us to find reliable tenants over and over again. Nothing to complain on the tenants or new one. He always provides us up to day info regarding the rental and value of the apartments in South loop. We have multiples units and he always keep us update on the rental price and sell/buy. Over all, Ken is well respect and reliable person to work with.
