Im a first time homebuyer. Joshua was great at helping me through all the details of the process so there were no surprises. When I chose a home, him and his lovely wife Laura presented me with a wonderful gift basket congratulating me and walked me through every step of the process. Laura had great ideas for decorating so I wouldnt be overwhelmed. I appreciated them both for guiding me through the process of finally being able to own a home.

Between Joshua and his lovely assistant Laura I had the best experience working with them throughout my sale of my unit located in Downtown Chicago. The communication and the updates were spot on and timely every week and the over all approach to finding the right buyer for my home was exceptional. We did it and I couldnt have done without the talent and professionalism displayed by Joshua Berngard and Laura.

I moved from Florida to Chicago and l am so thankful for Josh and Laura . They have been just amazing every step of the way. From showing me the apartment virtual , recording it so I can take a look at it any time, patient with all my questions(after working hours), to all the small details , like negotiating with the owners all my needs . If I ever need to look for another apartment again they will be the only ones I will contact . I can not tell you how much I appreciate everything, you are just so professional and amazing

Josh and Jary were fabulous to work with. Very personable. No pressure. Throughout the process they helped with each step to make everything easier. They were always available to talk and offered great suggestions along the way. Highly recommend.
