Honestly cant recommend Tom enough. My partner and I moved from Alabama without having visited the area, and Im confident we wouldnt be in an apartment we love this much without Tom. From our first phone call, he was so incredibly thorough. Even after our move-in process was complete, Tom helped us find furniture we needed within the community. I highly recommend Sweet Tom - who fully lives up to his name!

Tom provided superior client service to our family. We were ready to leave Chicago ad move to California. It had been on our mind for a long time. We really began the process in earnest during the first week of March when we met with Tom. Tom provided the motivation the three of us needed to prepare our home for sale. He was with us every step of the way and was always available day or evening, to address any questions or issues we had. Tom's negotiation skills are excellent and we were able to achieve a successful closing on the sale of our home and make the transition to California.
