Yolanda was my buyers agent for my recent home search. She was always there for me every step of the way; Sending listings of houses to view within the parameters I set , then always available to show them ( and we looked at quite a few before we found the one we wanted). Any questions we had she answered or got the answers to us quickly. She was a zealous advocate/ go between for me with the seller, lawyers, etc. I was indeed fortunate to have Yolanda and team working for me!

Im so happy I chose Yolanda to sell my deceased uncles building. The estate was in probate and the process would turn out to be long and complicated. We required multiple certified appraisals and special language in the court order. The probate case, including this sale, became contentious, with multiple heirs involved but Yolanda handled every hurdle brilliantly. Yolanda always responded quickly to my calls and questions. Yolanda had solutions for any issues that I encountered with the property (it was in desperate need of repairs, updating and a cleanout). She knew how to get the most return for money spent on the property and get it ready for showings. Yolandas expertise and network provided multiple buyers and the sale closed above the appraised value. I love her positive outlook and can-do attitude. I will definitely seek her out for any future sales or purchase.
