Liz was fabulous! She helped us find the perfect condo to share with our daughter in Chicago's Old Town. Besides showing us many options, she had such helpful information that she so willingly shared about the pros and cons of all of the different areas we were considering. She tuned into our needs and style very quickly and found the absolute perfect place for the 3 of us! She was very honest and trustworthy throughout the whole process and that means so much in this day and age. In addition to all of that she has kept in touch with us since we moved in just to see if she could help with anything. She has given us excellent recommendations for our various needs in the community and we have been very pleased with all of them! We highly recommend her!! And... her family is adorable!! :)

Liz helped me navigate the Chicago market to find a condo a few years ago, and now she has helped my wife and I find a house as we are getting ready to start a family. She took the time to understand what we wanted and made smart suggestions of her own to narrow our search and find the perfect home that suits all of our growing needs. After finding the home, Liz was instrumental in traversing the process of closing on it, moving in and selling the previous condo. She knows the ins-and-outs of the market and business to a tee. I met Liz at an open house and after hitting it off, I knew I wanted her help finding our next home. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were navigating a big learning curve, but Liz helped us with the process every step of the way. We searched the market for months to find the right fit in Lincoln Park, which had very limited inventory at the time, but Liz remained patient and determined throughout our journey. When we finally found the perfect spot, Liz was able to leverage her relationship with the sellers broker which made for a quick and smooth offer and acceptance.
