She was kind, attentive, responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, determined and she got our place sold quickly for more than we listed! She was full of great recommendations too, since we were buying a house further away and introduced us to another great realtor, a great mortgage guy, and even an estate planning attorney. Stacey made us feel taken care of at one of the most stressful times of our lives and we will be forever grateful to her.

Stacey Toibin is AMAZING!! She made our search for a new home so easy! She was very responsive every step of the way and helped walk us through the entire process! She made what would otherwise be a stressful situation SO EASY! On top of that, I love how she donates a portion of her income to an animal sanctuary of our choice!

Stacey was recommended to me by a friend who had nothing but amazing things to say about Stacey and my experience was definitely as good if not better than what she promised! I have worked with a few realtors and Stacey was by far the best I've ever worked with. I loved her brand values in terms of animals and advocating for rescues specifically. I really love that parts of every commission she makes goes to animal rescue organizations! It's evident from working with her that she truly cares about animals and that was one of the most important parts of why I wanted to work with her. Knowing that made it easy to choose her and made me confident in that decision. Plus, she's also vegan and had so many great recommendations about food and vegan-friendly neighborhoods. Throughout the whole process she was very kind and quick to answer any/all questions I had (and I had many!). She offered virtual showings and was very thorough in the feedback for each place (especially for things I wouldn't have been able to tell from afar like the overall vibe, smell, noise, neighborhood feel, etc). I highly recommend Stacey for all your realtor needs, she's the best!

Wish we could rate Stacey higher. She was extremely professional, took everything we wanted into consideration, answered the billions of questions we had and fought tooth and nail to get us the house of our dreams. We knew going into our As-Is short sale that it was going to be a long hard battle, Stacey was amazing and worked her tail off. If youre looking for a realtor, we highly recommend Stacey. You wont be sorry.

I could not recommend and say enough about Stacey. She goes above and beyond for you, providing advice on everything, without pushing her recommendations. She listened to our needs and what we were willing to negotiate on and worked with that. First, Stacey ensured we waited to sell just a little bit to hit perfect timing. She also showed her expertise with the market by helping us price appropriately. She used very cool technology to show our home, which likely led to the numerous requests for viewing 10 minutes after she posted the pictures and video. Likely because of her fantastic write-up of our house, in addition to those pictures and video, we had an offer on our house the same day as it was listed. Stacey was always positive, even when dealing with challenges from the buyer team. Ive never had a realtor work so hard for me and truly exceed all expectations. Best of all, Stacey is so generous to donate a portion of her hard-earned money to the shelter where we just adopted two kittens.
