My experience with LaDeana has been nothing but extraordinary. She comes with years or real-estate knowledge that was transferred by the way she worked with me. She provided up-to-date listings giving information about properties and areas that were not included in the description of the home. She provided background information that I did not think to ask as well as ran various reports to support her recommendations. She is also very responsive, I came across a listing late in the evening and wanted to see it immediately, she responded within 10 minutes of my request and made arrangements for us to see the property the very next morning, as a matter of fact I was the first to see the property and first to submit my offer (which was accepted and I closed). Again, all of this was done with 12-14 hours; yes, I said all of this was done within 12-14 hours of the home being listed. When youre buying in a selling market you have to have a realtor who is willing and ready to be available at short notice, and if they are not, have the ability to ask another to assist on their behalf. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell, as she is well versed on both sides of the equation. She also has a team at her fingertips to recommend for financing, inspections, and real-estate attorneys. She is a one-stop shop and by far exceptional at what she does. I can not say enough about happy I was/am with her service. Will be using again.

LaDeana Hilley is the best agent a person could hire to purchase or sell your home or commercial property. She has assisted me on both sides of the table for more than 15 years. She is extremely knowledgeable in Real Estate arena and most importantly she listens to the wants/needs and wishes of her clients. LaDeana was very informative and professional while helping me look for a home. She made sure that I was not going to purchase a rundown rehabbed home. LaDeana broke down things to me about the ins and outs on buying a home and what to look for. She provided very good resources such as a good and reasonable inspector. I would definitely recommend her to EVERYONE I know.

My experience with LaDeana as my realtor was superb! She knows her stuff! There were so many opportunities to get frustrated (203K loan process) but LaDeana was always a voice of reason and stayed on top of everything. You won't find a better realtor who knows the neighborhoods and what value looks like!
