Elias was beyond helpful when finding my next living space. He set me up with not only an email service to view options but also an app where we could set up and communicate showings and listings. I never had the best experience with real estate brokers until Elias. Elias truly looked after my best interest and was very supportive in my decision to keep my condo and rent it out, instead of selling it. I'm so grateful for his expertise in Chicago rental market, and his outstanding job finding tenants for my apartment during not so hot market for landlords. He was always available and responsive to my many questions and fears and kept my anxiety low :) The best real estate broker I've ever worked with.
