We were connected with Chris through Zillow but from the first showing vibed with him. What struck me most were two things: He was not pushy in an industry that can be pushy. We were upfront that we wanted to take our time with our home search and he gave us space to think when we wanted it, while always being available, ready and on the lookout for more listings to consider. Secondly, he was always honestso far as to play devils advocate. Even when we showed interest in a place, he might point out what wasnt great. In that way you could tell that he doesnt just care about making a sale, he cares about finding the RIGHT home for his clients. And when we did find the perfect home, he helped us get to the finish line with honest negotiation and help with next steps. Chris is Chicago born and raised so he knows the city inside and out. And maybe most importantly, hes real, funny, and a nice guy to have a beer with after showings. Highly recommend.

My partner and I were first time homebuyers and Chris was a massive source of knowledge and help in navigating the process. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the information and was able to help us secure a great condo in the South loop for less than the asking price. Very responsive, easy to work with and didn't put pressure on us as we waffled for a week or two as we learned the process. Absolutely recommend Chris, he will take care of you. There when you need him to be and not pushy.
