Renee was amazing! She first asked me a bunch of inquisitive questions about my needs and an ideal living situation and then made sure to control my impulses when I was looking at places that did not meet my minimum criteria (I'm bad). When we finally found the perfect unit, she walked me through the purchase process and made sure that everything was covered an timely. She also followed up on the action items my lawyer was responsible for to make sure this was the smoothest purchase transaction I've ever had. I would also recommend her on the sale side. Had it not been for her advice, I would have sold my previous home for 15% less than I ended up selling it for. She is worth your time!
