I dont write reviews but felt compelled to do so after working with Lisa. I had been working to find a space for a business venture, a gelato shop, that had very specific requirements that posed difficult in a market with no good options. I had worked with several brokers before for both this and when my wife and I were looking for a condo. When I did these people set the tone for what I believed brokers did for clients meaning not much. I found the listings online, I forwarded them, I did the footwork and they handled the stuff at the end. I ran into Lisa while looking at a property alone and she impressed the hell out of me in that first meeting. In Lisa I found not only someone who actively sought out property for me to look at but became genuinely interested in my success. She actually drove around and collected information on closed and off listing properties, contacted owners, and got me showings. Honestly, I presented her with a lot of difficult requests, tossed a lot of roadblocks in her way and backed out of properties I thought were right but were not. She didnt stumble for a second. I had properties pulled away from me on the eve of signing, she made me feel it was all ok and got me back on the horse to continue my search. Honestly, I have very rarely dealt with someone who put so much work and pride into what they did as Lisa. Nor have I worked with a broker, and again I have worked with quite a few in my life, who became so invested in my happiness and success. The real estate world looks benign but it is a deceptively anxiety inducing, cut throat, dark world inhabited by greedy, misogynistic, little men who think they are masters of the universe. Lisa knows her way around this landscape and somehow maintains her integrity, honesty and empathy while getting you through it. You need her on your side.
