We should all be as lucky as I was in having Nelson as my helper in a hard period. I was in a time crunch and on a tight budget to find an apartment to succeed a house that I am leaving to downsize. The clock was ticking because the house was under contract.Patiently, he took me to units that I thought would work; none did. Then, one morning he texted me "This is a great option." The unit had been listed just hours before his note.We rushed to see it. I walked in and said, "This is it." Within 6 hours of his text and with his help with the paperwork, the unit was mine. As I wrote, lucky--the lessor told me that many other people were inquiring. But more important than luck was Nelson's understanding of my needs and his alertness. And here is a bonus: He is a really nice guy. Thank you, Nelson.
