I had the pleasure of recently working with Jazmin and I hope this review will help someone in their decision. I had an initial conversation with Jazmin letting her know what I was looking for in terms of price, location and closing timing. She also helped me with finding a lawyer, a lender and any other type of services I needed along the way, while seeing properties, making offers or waiting to close. Our search was not very long, but it was intense, because of market competition and our own expectations. Jazmin was patient, and gave lots of advice but did not rush, and made sure we felt comfortable, supported and happy with our decision. She was there with us, until the end of closing time and even brought a thoughtful gift. Throughout the whole process she was responsive to all the inquries or even offered to help us search what we needed, always having a smile and professional attitude. She does deserve the 5 stars! Jazmin was so great throughout the whole home buying process! We were moving to Chicago from out of state and could not come to Chicago beforehand to look at places. Jazmin did all our showings virtually. She made sure to point out every detail and answer any questions about the properties and the neighborhoods. We felt so comfortable and bought a place without physically seeing it. Jazmin made sure the inspection and closing went smoothly with no surprises.
