When I was planning to sell my wonderful double-unit condo at Ritchie Court in Chicago after 15 years, it was natural for me to ask Carla and Jim to do the job, since they were living in the same building since many years. Carla immediately took command to make some smaller adjustments in the decoration and other issues of the condo. Before we had actually gone on to the market, she and her husband showed the home to a first couple who were relocating from California. They fell in love with the unit - and were supported by Carla and Jim - and gave a bid according to the asking price. Carla told them to up the bid to avoid a coming showing. The bid was increased and that was enough for me to accept it. So it happened that my home was sold immediately to the first visiting couple that loved it as much as I and my wife had done! Great job Carla and Jim!!
