Kelly helped us with an apartment to rent when we moved to Chicago, and then later helped us with buying a condo! She was kind, timely, intelligent, and overall amazing to work with. We didnt have any experience with buying, but she helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure that we were informed at each step! She seemed to think of everything - she is so knowledgeable about her field! She also suggested a loan officer and lawyer who also both did an amazing job and they all worked so well as a team to make things run smoothly. Dont hesitate to hire her as your realtor! We wont be using anyone else except her as long as we are in this area.

Kelly is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. Its like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. As an out of town buyer and a first-time home-buyer, Kelly made the process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. She made herself available for all of my last minute questions and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect place. Her expertise and passion for her work made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands. I cannot recommend Kelly enough.

If you are looking for a realtor in the Chicagoland area, you can not go wrong with Kelly Ladewig. Kelly is thoughtful, organized, personable and really knows her stuff. From the first meeting until even after closing, Kelly was there for us every step of the way with expert advice. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Kelly was happy to answer every single one and make sure we were comfortable with every decision. Kelly was a professional from beginning to end! A wonderful experience for my wife and I in buying our first home! We referred by a co-worker of mine who had used Kelly for their first home buying experience in the city. She provided high praises for Kelly, and those were not sold short. From our first phone screening with Kelly, it was obvious that the process would be a wonderfully collaborative process. She took careful note of our preferences and was keen to share her expertise with us right away. As first time home buyers, that combination turned out be exactly what we needed. Kelly was super knowledgeable about the home buying process in the city, which can be a very tricky system to navigate on one's own. Kelly took it upon herself to leave us with that knowledge so we can be successful as Chicago homeowners in the future. That included a great overview of the financial process required for buying a home, which is not simple to understand! A super valuable lesson that we can't thank her enough for. The home we eventually purchased was exactly what we were hoping for. Better yet, it was a property that we did not see ourselves in all the listings available. Kelly noted it on her own after taking careful note throughout the process of exactly what we were looking for (quiet, neighborhood, close to public transit, outdoor, space, etc.). We could not be happier with our place and will definitely look to Kelly for our next purchase as well, whenever that will be!
