This is my second experience working with Ron Knoll and Saffron. He helped me purchase my South Loop condo back in 2009 that we've lived in and loved for the past 8 years so when it came time to look to buy a larger place, I went back to him. We ended up utilizing him and Matt to both buy our new construction home in Bridgeport and sell the South Loop condo we had lived in for 8 years. Ron and Matt were extremely helpful throughout the process for both buying and selling. Since we were building, the buying process started way earlier and he helped us navigate what to expect and look for when building. We successfully negotiated the purchase and then he stayed close along the way as we had many back and forths with the builder. Him and Matt were with us all the way to close and even helped with issues arising post close. On the selling front, Ron and Matt took beautiful photos of our place and were very responsive in helping get the right buyer in and ensuring that we felt good about the process. When conditions changed slightly, Ron was able to work with @Properties to ensure that we could get a deal done the right way. Both Matt and Ron are extremely available and responsive to calls, texts, emails, etc. and that made me feel good throughout the process. In the end, we bought our new place and closed on our old place one week apart so it was timed as perfectly as could be. We're extremely happy with the work both of them did.

Ron Knoll was absolutely amazing. As first-time home buyers, we interviewed numerous agents and decided to choose Ron. What a good decision. He was our advocate from day one. He tirelessly fielded all of our concerns and questions. He listened to us. He made himself available. We never felt pressured or forced to buy something that was not a good fit. When we did finally find that perfect place, Ron's industry expertise and experience was invaluable. Without him and his advice, we would not have gotten our home. I have recommended Ron to all of our friends and family and if we ever decide to move, Ron would be our first phone call. He is both an amazing agent and an amazing person, we couldn't have worked with a better person and I highly recommend him

Well, we have bought two houses and sold one house through Ron, so I think it's probably high time we left him a review. The best review we can give him is the repeat business. In Chicago you have many realtors to chose from. We never even considered anyone else - Ron is patient, knowledgeable, and a great guy to boot. Highly recommended doesn't even begin.

We've used Ron three times now (two buys and a sell). He's a sharp guy that knows his stuff and puts a strong emphasis on client service. Having him at showings added value to our search process with his helpful observations about each property. Ron is very good at keeping your needs in frame while helping you search for the right home. He is also a zealous and effective advocate on the sell side. I always knew a showing of our home would go well when Ron was there.
