Ken was tasked with finding the "perfect"apartment for our daughter and roommate. And he did! He was extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhoods they wanted to explore. They wanted safety, close proximity to the Blue Line, near shops and restaurants, and of course cute! Ken checked all the boxes for them. The entire process was seamless. We would use him again in a heartbeat!

Professional, responsive and very kind: Moving from overseas was quite a challenge. Ken did not only help us finding a nice apartment, but he also took the time to explain us every step along the way. Communication was always nice, with a personal touch. Ken was very helpful, he had us a comprehensive list of apartments to visit in Chicago. The schedule was informed in advance and mostly all visits were met. Overall a great experience! He is extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Ken.
